WISS started out in 1976 and quickly became a hugely successful local club, with British Champions, GB representatives and British records gained throughout the years. In 2019 we had an 18-strong team aged from 8 to 54 and took part in a total of 14 race events in the UK. Here are our stats for 2019:
COVID-19 Update: Indoor training has resumed as of Saturday 22nd May 2021 in line with lockdown easing guidelines. Sessions are 5-7pm at Skaters, Walpole Highway and are £6 per person.
Indoor British Championships 2020
Overall category wins: Kirby Barker, Arthur Buckler, Lucy McInerney and Flynn McGurk.
Overall 2nd place fnishes: Leah Barker, Taylor Barker, Mike McInerney and Karl Bates.
Overall 3rd place finishes: Jo Tidman and David Billington.
